💳 Order & Payment Process

  1. Order Submission

    • Once you place an order, its status will appear as PENDING – UNPAID.

    • This means payment is required before processing begins.

  2. Payment Confirmation

    • After we receive your payment, the status will change to PAID – PENDING (your order is now being packed).

    • Payment processing time depends on the method used:

      • Crypto payments activate within 1 hour (recommended for speed + 20% cashback).

      • Bank or other payments may take up to 3 days. If payment isn't confirmed after 3 days, open a Support Ticket for assistance.

  3. Packing & Shipping

    • Once your order is packed and shipped, the status will change to PAID – SHIPPED.

    • Occasionally, you may see SEMI-SHIPPED if part of your order ships first. Don't worry — the rest will follow shortly.


🚚 Tracking Your Shipment

  • After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • To request your tracking number, reply to that email or open a Support Ticket.

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see our emails, and mark them as Not Spam to receive future notifications.

  • You can track your shipment at parcelsapp.com.


📅 Delivery Times & Costs

  • US Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days after shipping

  • International Orders: 12–20 business days after shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Usually $30–$40 depending on location and warehouse. Large or split shipments may cost.

  • Minimum Order Amounts:

    • No minimum for Crypto payments

    • $200 minimum for other payment methods


🎯 Delivery Success Rate

  • All packages are shipped with maximum discretion:

    • No company name on the package

    • Products are repackaged to minimize shipment size

    • Multiple shipping points in different countries for a higher delivery success rate


❓ If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

  1. Log in to your BeastRoids.com account.

  2. Go to MY ORDERS → select the order to view:

    • Packages shipped

    • Expected delivery dates

  3. If 10+ days have passed after the expected delivery date, open a Support Ticket for help.
